The House of Representatives Committee on Defense and National Security has approved in principle the budget of the Ministry of Interior. It recommended increasing some financial credits with the aim of upgrading efficiency of training and social welfare.

The new budget of the ministry of interior amounts to 9.1 billion pounds compared top 7.8 billion pounds in the budget of the fiscal year 2015-2016.
