PM heads to Sharm El Sheikh

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail left on Sunday 5/11/2017 for Sharm el Sheikh to take part in the proceedings of the World Youth Forum, which is due to kick off later in the day under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

Popular and youth delegations from 64 countries, the UN secretary general's envoy and the African Union envoy are taking part in as many as 46 sessions and workshops.

WYF's agenda is topped by terrorism, the role of youths in confronting terrorism, climate change problems, illegal immigration, the role of youths in maintaining and realizing peace in the conflict zones as well as employment of youth capabilities in the development plans.

The conference is scheduled to review international experiences in qualifying and training youths to build their communities and become leaders of the future.
