Sisi thanks African leaders attending consultative summit

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi expressed on Tuesday 23/4/2019 thanks and appreciation to the leaders of African states taking part in the consultative summit held today on Sudan and Libya.
In his closing speech at the summit, the Egyptian leader expressed thanks and appreciation to all the efforts they exerted and wished that the meeting would help enhance Sudan's national efforts toward a better future in light of its unity, national sovereignty, safety and independence.
"We pray to God Almighty that peace would be reached in this sisterly country and to help us in our quest to establish security and stability in Sudan and all Africa," President Sisi said.
The Egyptian president adjourned the session for two minutes after which the participants moved to an in camera session.
President Sisi thanked mass media and reporters inside the session and asked them to leave in order to start the closed session of the summit.
