Consultative Summit on Sudan

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi hosts on Tuesday 23/4/2019 Consultative Summit on Sudan to review the recent developments in Sudan.
The summit on Sudan will be attended by the presidents of Chad, Djibouti, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Somalia and South Africa, deputy of Ethiopian prime minister, South Sudan’s president adviser for security affairs, Ugandan and Kenyan foreign ministers and Nigerian undersecretary of foreign minister, as well as Moussa Faki, Chairman of the African Union Commission.
The summit aims to review means to deal with Sudan’s current developments and how to contribute to backing stability and peace.

In his closing address before the consultative summit on Sudan, held at Ittihadiya Palace, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted the consensus of the parties participating in the consultative summit on Sudan held today regarding the determination and courage shown by the Sudanese people in their peaceful efforts to reach their legitimate aspirations and the launching of a comprehensive process of peaceful democratic transition which establishes development and prosperity in the country.
