PM receives delegation from the United Arab Emirates

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly received a delegation from the United Arab Emirates, including Minister of Cabinet Affairs and the Future Mohammad Al Gergawi and Minister of State for Health and Quality of Life Ahud Al-Roumi. The meeting was attended by Minister of Planning and Administrative Reform Hala Al-Saeed, Deputy Minister of Planning, Head of the Central Agency for Organization & Administration Saleh Al-Shaikh, Deputy Minister of Planning Ghada Labib, and UAE Ambassador to Cairo Juma Al-Junibi.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister praised the existing cooperation with the UAE in the field of administrative development and reform, stressing that this distinguished cooperation is not new to the Egyptian-Emirati relations. PM Moustafa Madbouly expressed his hope to enhance this cooperation during the coming period and to include new and non-traditional fields to the existing cooperation system, which will be reflected in the exchange of experiences between the two sides to maximize the mutual benefit.
For her part, the Minister of Planning pointed out that cooperation with the UAE in the field of administrative development is proceeding very well, especially with regard to capacity building courses and spreading the culture of excellence within government institutions.
The minister added that measures are being taken to spread the culture of excellence within the educational institutions.
In the same context, the UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs praised the cooperation between Egypt and the UAE, stressing that cooperation at the governmental level comes to complement the outstanding cooperation in the private sector, especially as Egypt is the preferred investment destination for UAE investors.
He added that Egypt and the UAE are providing through this cooperation at the governmental level a new model of cooperation between the Arab countries.
