Egypt's ambassador in Berlin to review Cairo's priorities during AU presidency

Egypt's Ambassador to Germany Badr Abdel Aati will review Egypt's priorities during its presidency of the African Union (AU) at the Egyptian Embassy's annual ceremony marking Africa Day.
During the ceremony to be held on Tuesday, Abdel Aati will review Egypt's priorities, which include focusing on the issues of security, stability and development in the African continent.
He will also highlight attention paid to the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, which will have a positive impact on inter-trade among the African countries and will increase German and foreign investment opportunities in the continent.
In statements to MENA on Saturday 25/05/2019, Abdel Aati said that the ceremony will witness the participation of more than 44 African ambassadors to Germany and hundreds of senior officials and public figures as well as chairmen of major German firms interested in doing business in Egypt and Africa.
