Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri said that the region is seeing a new chapter of Turkey's aggression on Syria through which the Turkish regime seeks to implement policies of an era that had gone irrevocably.
He added that the Turkish regime seeks also to overcome its internal crisis through its aggression against Syrian.
In his speech during the opening session of the extraordinary Arab ministerial meeting on the Turkish aggression against Syria, Shoukry condemned Turkey's claims about the reasons behind launching this attack, saying that Turkey only aims to cover up its support and sponsorship of terrorist groups.
The Turkish seeks to emerge from its current crisis via rushing into aggressive policies and carving out Syrian areas to carry out demographic changes in the Arab country, Shoukry noted.
Shoukry reiterated Egypt's rejection of this aggression on an Arab country, stressing Egypt's firm stance in support of stability in all the Arab countries while rejecting any aggression on any Arab country.
