4th int'l forum of African Cultures Interaction kicks off in Cairo

The Fourth Edition of the International Forum for the Interaction of African Cultures kicked off here on Tuesday 12/11/2019 under the title "African Cultures in a Changing World".
The forum, which is being held at the Supreme Council of Culture, falls within the framework of activities organized by the Ministry of Culture to celebrate Egypt's current presidency of the African Union.
A large number of researchers and specialists from 20 African countries, including Libya, Tunisian, Algeria, Morocco, Ethiopia, Central Africa, Uganda, Tanzania, Sudan, South Sudan, Zimbabwe, Ghana and Kenya are taking part in the forum.
The three-day event will tackle a number of key African topics, topped by the formation of African awareness, African women in a changing world, African cultures and expatriate cultures, African outreach beyond the African continent, the role of institutions in African cultures and the ways of preserving African cultures and heritage.
