4-5 branches Parsley,chopped (optional)
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Olive Oil, or corn oil
1 1/2 tsp Cumin
Salt and Pepper
3 cups Black Beans
1. In a medium saucepan, heat beans over medium heat.
2. Season beans with cumin, salt and pepper. Add little water.
3. Take off heat and add lemon juice. Taste to adjust seasoning and add more lemon juice if you like.
4. Move to a serving bowl. Add oil and garnish with parsley on the surface.
