Immigration and Expatriates Affairs Minister Nabila Makram is scheduled Saturday 16/4/2016 to start a trip to the US and Canada.

In a statement, the ministry said Makram aims to promote the purchase of dollar certificates by expatriates as a banking tool to support the national economy.

She will also call on Egyptians in both countries to participate in a donation campaign called "Say Good Morning to Egypt."

The minister is also scheduled to meet with Egyptian scientists abroad to discuss ways to support a planned Dabaa nuclear plant project.
