St. Mark's Church Terrorist Attack

An explosion occurred outside Saint Mark's Coptic Orthodox Cathedral (the papal headquarters) in Alexandria on April 9, 2017, hours after an explosion at Mar Girgis Church in Tanta.
The blast left at least 16 persons have been killed and 41 more wounded.
