Sisi congratulates Iraqi president on gaining parliament's confidence vote

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi congratulated on Sunday Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid on gaining the Council of Representatives of Iraq's confidence vote.
In a phone call, Sisi asserted Egypt's firm support to Iraq's stability and security in light of the brotherly relations, wishing him success, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said.
Meanwhile, Rashid thanked President Sisi for his kind gesture, saying Iraq is keen on boosting cooperation with Egypt.
He also voiced his appreciation for the Egyptian efforts that supported Iraq at all levels as well as the vital Egyptian role aiming at enhancing the joint Arab action in face of crises and challenges.
