President of the Egyptian Federation of Muay Thai Mohamed Ibrahim was named as board member of the Mediterranean Federation of Muay Thai.

He was picked during a meeting held in the Turkish city of Antalya to announce the establishment of the Mediterranean Federation of Muay Thai, according to a statement released by the Egyptian Federation of Muay Thai on Friday 25/11/2022.

Ibrahim won the membership after fierce competition between the heads of Muay Thai federations for Mediterranean countries.

The meeting was attended by representatives from Egypt, Turkey, France, Palestine, Morocco, Greece, Algeria, Spain, Lebanon, Slovenia, Malta, Croatia, Italy and Bosnia.
