Youth minister, Qalyubia governor open skills center for 'differently-abled' people

Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi along with Qalyubia Governor Abdel Hamid el Hagan inaugurated skills center for speech and learning difficulties at a youth center in Banha.
The center, which is primarily directed to the "differently-abled" people, was established in cooperation with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (ZHO), as per a cooperation protocol to establish nearly 68 centers nationwide.
The center aims to provide free of charge speech sessions and learning difficulties.
The minister, meanwhile, toured a number of establishments at the youth center, including the administrative building, the library, the gym, and the football playgrounds.
Sobhi further followed up on a number of national projects, which are being implemented by the ministry.
