Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has underlined, 30-1-2023, the need to optimize the use of agricultural waste in feed manufacturing.

At a meeting held on Monday, the premier stressed that feed manufacturing needs to have an integrated system, directing the ministries of agriculture and environment to develop an integrated vision to contribute to providing further quantities of the required feedstuff.

The meeting reviewed a vision on making use of agriculture waste and discussed measures on providing feedstuff in light of the current Russia-Ukraine crisis, said Spokesman for the Cabinet Nader Saad.

The ministries of agriculture and environment coordinate to address the agricultural waste issue and develop mechanisms to make use of such waste, Saad added.
