President Abdel Fattah El Sisi signed law no. 15 of year 2023 on legalizing the conditions of unlicensed industrial institutions.

The law provides that the Industrial Development Authority may grant one-year provisional permission for unlicensed industrial institutions within three years of the enforcement of the law.

The law was published in the Gazette out Saturday 01/04/2023.
