President Abdel Fattah El Sisi opened, 25-5-2023, via video-conference a quartz primary crushing plant in Marsa Alam city.

This falls within the framework of opening a quartz production complex in Ain Sokhna, in the Suez Canal.

The quartz crushing plant's production capacity stands at 140,000 tons annually, the factory director Hossam Mohamed Anwar said.
