The third session of the National Dialogue's political track will kick off Sunday at Cairo International Convention Centre in Nasr City.

This session is expected to include a panel discussion on the composition of the parliament's lower and upper chambers (House of Representatives and Senate), and full-time membership in both.

Other panel discussions will also tackle the freedom of information act, a new law governing the work of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and its executive regulations, and the problems facing civil society activities in Egypt.

Last week, the second session of the political track of the National Dialogue discussed the local councils law, issues related to boosting and supporting the activities of political parties and removing obstacles to their work, in addition to administrative and financial governance.
