The First Human Resources Forum "Entrepreneurship and the Basis of Success" Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, inaugurated the first forum for human resources under the title "Entrepreneurship and the Basis of Success", which is implemented by the Central Administration for Human Resources, during the period from 7-8 July 2023, under the auspices of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, with the participation of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration headed by Dr. Saleh Al-Sheikh and the Administrative Control Authority, headed by Major General Amr Adel, and in the presence of the directors of the Youth and Sports Directorates, at the Olympic Center for Training National Teams in Maadi.

The forum aims to unify the vision of human resources work through the four axes identified by the Council of Ministers and the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, namely: human resources operations, institutional development, entitlements and benefits, and talent management and development.

In his speech, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, stressed the importance of the first forum for human resources, which is held to achieve the goals of sustainable development within Egypt's Vision 2030, in light of the political leadership's keenness to raise the efficiency of the human element in the state's administrative apparatus, and to achieve transparency and the efficiency of government institutions.
The Minister added that the Human Resources Department is one of the most important departments in any institution to achieve its success, and that the Ministry of Youth and Sports works through the Central Department of Human Resources to provide a stimulating work environment and training programs for employees in a way that guarantees raising the level of their efficiency and improving their performance in order to achieve job satisfaction for employees, and thus achieve the goals organization efficiently and effectively.

Sobhi praised the launch of this forum, stressing that it is within the framework of the Ministry's plan, which aims to develop all sectors of the Ministry at the level of the Republic, link the Ministry with all its sectors through electronic connectivity and digital transformation, and improve the quality of service provided by the Ministry to the community.

For his part, Major General Mohamed Salama, Director of the National Anti-Corruption Academy, thanked Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, for organizing this forum, which is in line with the vision and objectives of the National Anti-Corruption Academy, which aims to support institutional development within Egypt’s Vision 2030, achieve sustainable development goals in investing in people, building their capabilities and motivating them to innovate, in addition to modernizing job files and administrative structures, combating corruption and administrative reform, selecting leaders on the basis of competence and achievement, and creating a distinguished work environment, which contributes to building the new republic and achieving the vision of political leadership.

Counselor Ahmed Abdel Halim, Legal Adviser to the Central Agency for Organization and Administration, thanked Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, for organizing such a forum, which is held for the first time, reflecting the state's interest in the human element including investing in individuals, raising the efficiency of workers in the state's administrative system, achieving justice and equality between employees, and applying transparency standards in selecting leaders and introducing each employee to his job duties through job description cards.

In his speech, Dr. Khaled Masoud, Head of the Central Administration for Human Resources, saluted and thanked Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports for his unlimited support, stressing that the forum was held with the support of His Excellency the Minister, and that the forum was the result of more than 6 months of continuous work to achieve the highest benefit from it.
He pointed out that the forum is held for the first time at the level of the Republic, in the presence of the leaders of the Ministry and the directors of the Directorates of Youth and Sports all over the Republic, through 4 workshops covering all sectors of human resources.
