President El-Sisi approves appointment of 254 deputies of the State Council’s chief
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has issued Republican Decree No. 521/2023 endorsing the appointment of 254 deputies of the State Council chief.
The decree was published in the official Gazette on Wednesday 8/11/2023.
