The 3rd Edition of the Annual International Manufacturing Convention and Exhibition (IMCE)

The activities of the third edition of the annual International Manufacturing Convention and Exhibition (IMCE), organized by the Federation of Egyptian Industries, will be launched from November 25 to 27, 2024, at Al Manara International Conference Center in the Fifth Settlement next to Al-Mosheer Mosque, New Cairo., with wide international participation and the presence of 18 industrial and production sectors that represent the backbone of the country's economic sectors.

IMCE is considered one of the biggest events organized by the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI). Its first edition took place in October 2022 and its second edition in October 2023 under the patronage and presence of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt (A.R.E).

Objective

The third edition of the annual International Industry Forum and Exhibition (IMCE) aims to support international collaborative initiatives between industrial entities at the regional levels (Arab, African, Euro-Mediterranean, international) to contribute to achieving sustainable economic development.

This Year's Vision and Objectives

-       Supporting international Participatory initiatives between industrial entities, Arab, African, Euro-Mediterranean and Regional and International scales to achieve a sustainable economic development

-       Addressing the challenges facing industrial sector and how to direct them towards a better industrial future.

-       Achieving economic development and enhancing Investment

-       Activating partnership and cooperation with economic and industrial entities in Arab, African, European countries

-       Discussing the role of Private sector in developing qualified technical calibers that meet local and international job market requirements in collaboration with relevant state institutions.

The third edition of the annual International Industry Forum and Exhibition (IMCE) encompasses more than 18 different Industrial sectors.

This includes Private and business sector, governments, the FEI- chambers and other international entities, number of international collaborative projects, covering the following sectors:

The General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE) announced its participation in the third edition of the annual International Industry Forum and Exhibition (IMCE) through its pavilion at the IMCE3 2024 exhibition, in Hall 1 (Pavilion 1E40), as part of the Authority’s keenness to be present in various local and international forums to promote investment opportunities available in the targeted service and industrial sectors.

The dialogue sessions discuss a number of topics, including

Human development which contributes to the development of local industries, supporting the Egyptian strategy of capacity building.

Small entrepreneurships

Shedding the light on the importance of supporting small entrepreneurships due to its significant role in the national economy.

Strengthening Cooperation with the Arab, African, Euro- Mediterranean, regional and international economic clusters.

Issues facing the industry
International Challenges facing the industrial sector and how to face them given the current economic situation (In addition to participatory sessions for future cooperation).
