PM inspects final touches of GEM project

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli Saturday 11/1/2025 inspected the final touches of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) project and its vicinity, in preparation for its official opening shortly.
This falls within the framework of preparations carried out by the government and state bodies ahead of the official opening of the GEM.
Madbouli, during his tour, is accompanied by Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Sherif Fathy, Giza Governor Adel el Naggar, Secretary General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities Mohamed Ismail and Executive Director of the Grand Egyptian Museum Ahmed Ghoniem.
Madbouli highlighted the efforts exerted to develop and improve areas surrounding the museum, adding that a vast road network has been built to facilitate access to the area.
The developed road network aims to turn the area into one of the key tourist attractions.
