Egypt, Jordan explore labor market reforms

Minister of Labor Mohamed Gibran met with Jordan’s counterpart Khalid Al-Bakkar on Thursday to strengthen vocational training collaboration and address challenges faced by Egyptian workers in Jordan, according to a Cabinet statement.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the Global Labor Market Conference in Riyadh, where both ministers discussed new recruitment strategies and the potential implementation of a unified employment contract to safeguard worker rights and streamline labor agreements.
