Presidential decree allocating plot of land for renewable energy plants

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Tuesday, May 13, 2025, Decree No. 232 of 2025 allocating 97,357,032 acres of state-owned land in the Red Sea Governorate to the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) to be used for establishing renewable energy plants, in accordance with applicable rules and laws.

The decree was published in the Official Gazette.
