Sisi greets Portugal, Russia on national days

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a cable of greetings to Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on Portugal Day.
Sisi also sent a similar cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia’s National Day.
