Speech of Supreme Constitutional Court’s Deputy Head Counselor Maher Sami

Deputy Head of the Supreme Constitutional Court Counselor Maher Sami delivered a word in which he described this day as a historic day in Egypt.
"What happened on June 30 was not a coup but was an uprising by the people against a group to restore their nation which was about to be lost," he said.
Describing Sisi as a "revolutionary soldier", Samy said "the people have chosen you by their free will and trusted you to make Egypt's future where more freedom, justice and prosperity would prevail.
