President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received Tunisian President Beji Caid Essebsi on October 4-5, 2015. This visit is the first of its kind by the Tunisian President since taking power late 2014.

The meeting between the two presidents dealt with means of enhancing bilateral relations, as well as discussing a number of mutual regional issues, especially the Libyan crisis and the developments in the Middle East.
