2010 and 2011:

• Visit of Secretary General of the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the CIS countries to Astana in the period from 3 to May 10, 2010, where he met with Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Interior Affairs, Culture and Director of the Diplomatic Institute.
• Egyptian Foreign Minister visited Astana on 1st and 2nd December 2010, where he headed Egypt's delegation at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Summit. A meeting with the Kazakh President Nazarbayev was held in which he was delivered the invitation to participate in the Organization for Islamic Conference Summit, which was expected to be held in Sharm El-Sheikh in March 2011.
• The Secretary General of the Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the Commonwealth visited Astana from 3 to 10 May 2011, where he met with Kazakh Deputies of the Foreign Minister, Minister of the Interior, and Minister of Culture, Director of the Diplomatic Institute and it was agreed on dispatching an Arabic language expert to contribute in teaching Arabic in the University and help establishing a university site for the Arabic language.

2009:

• Visit of Assistant Foreign Minister for Consular Affairs in May 2009 in which he delivered an invitation from Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt to Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan to visit Egypt.
• Visit of Imam Sheikh of Al-Azhar and the Minister of Wakf 1st and 2nd July 2009 to participate in the Third Conference of International and Traditional Religions .
• Visit of Assistant Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs to Astana in October 2009 in which he held a series of meetings with Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Interior Affairs, and Culture.
• Visit of the Minister of Tourism to Astana in October 2009 to participate in the meeting of the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organization.

​2008:

• Visit of a Kazakh parliamentary Delegation to Egypt in January, 2008 to participate in the meetings of the fifth session of the Parliamentary Union of OIC Member States, followed by an official visit for the delegation.
• Visit of Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan to participate in the Second Ministerial meeting of Asia-Middle East Dialogue 5 - 6 April 2008.
• Visit of Deputy Minister of Health of Kazakhstan to Egypt in May 2008.
• The visit of H.E. President Nazarbayev to Egypt to participate in the the World Economic Forum which was held in Sharm el-Sheikh in the period 18 to 20 May 2008. . President Mubarak had given the Kazakh President the highest accolade, in Egypt, the "Collar of the Nile" during that visit.
• Visit of Assistant of the Foreign Minister for Asian Affairs, to Kazakhstan 30/1 to 02/02/2008.
• Visit of the Secretary General of The Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the CIS countries to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan April 2008.
• Visit of H.E. Minister for Trade and Industry to Astana 29-30 August, 2008 in which he held meetings with H.E. President of the Kazakh President, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of agriculture.
• The visit of the Minister of Awqaf to Astana 17-19 October 2008, in which he headed Egyptian delegation at the Meeting of Foriegn Ministers of the Islamic world and the West .
• Visit by a delegation of the Civil Aviation Authority and Egypt Air to Astana on 17-21 December 2008.

​2007:

• Visit of H.E. Minister of International Cooperation to Astana 25 to 27 February 2007 , as she headed the Egyptian side in the meetings of the Fourth Session of Governmental Joint Committee .
• Visit of President of Kazakhstan to Cairo March 11 to 13, 2007 .
• Visit the Egyptian media delegation to attend the launching of the Egyptian satellite from the base of Baiknur in April 2007.
• Visit of the Minister of Trade on 6th May, 2007 at the head of a big delegation of Egyptian businessmen.
• Visit of of the Head of the Egyptian Court 30/7 to 08/06/2007.
• Delegation of the Ministry of Trade and Industry on 14-18 November, 2007 .
• Delegation of the Egyptian Authority for Nuclear Materials 19-24 November 2007 .

• Visit of Dr. / Hamdy Zaqzouq Minister of Wakf to Kazakhstan in March 2006 to participate in the second session of the Board of Trustees of the University of Nur Mubarak March 13, 2006 .
• Visit of the Secretary General of Fund for Technical Cooperation with the CIS countries to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in a tour to Central Asia in June 2006.
• Visit of Sheikh Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, Minister of Wakf to Kazakhstan in September 2006 to participate in the Second Conference of Leaders of religions.
